Colts vs. Chiefs Prediction and Pick
Kansas City showed two ways to control a game in its opener. Kenneth Walker III rushed for 173 yards and two touchdowns in his Chiefs debut, while Patrick Mahomes accounted for three scores as Kansas City beat Denver by 21.
- Colts vs. Chiefs predictions: Chiefs -6.5 (-112)
Indianapolis had the opposite experience against Baltimore. The Colts allowed 506 total yards in a 41-23 loss, including 202 yards on the ground. Jonathan Taylor still ran for 98 yards and two scores, but Indianapolis spent much of the game chasing Baltimore rather than dictating the matchup.
The final injury report also removes one major concern for Kansas City. Mahomes practiced fully and carries no game designation, while Chris Jones is questionable with a calf injury. Starting tackle Josh Simmons and defensive back Chamarri Conner are out. Indianapolis has ruled out Ashton Dulin, while running back DJ Giddens is questionable.
Best Colts vs. Chiefs Betting Promos for Sunday Night Football
Each of the NFL betting promos below works differently, so the best choice depends on your state, preferred wager size and whether you want a fixed bonus, first-bet protection or rewards spread over several days.
1. Fanatics Sportsbook Promo Code HANDLE26
The Fanatics Sportsbook promo code HANDLE26 matches your first qualifying cash wager each day for 10 straight days, up to $100 in FanCash per day and $1,000 across the promotional window.
A $75 qualifying wager on Chiefs -6.5 would earn $75 in FanCash for that day’s match. The 10-day structure also stretches well beyond Sunday Night Football, covering the following week’s NFL and college football schedules rather than forcing the entire reward into one game.

Stake at least $10 with the bet365 bonus code offer on an eligible Colts-Chiefs market priced at -500 or longer and receive $365 in bonus bets once the qualifying wager settles, win or lose.

theScore Bet promo code SHNEWS protects an eligible opening wager for up to $1,000. If the qualifying first wager loses, the refund comes back in bonus bets, with larger rewards divided into five equal tokens.
Sunday Night Football also gives theScore Bet’s live-news integration a useful role. Mahomes is clear of a game designation, but Chris Jones remains questionable for Kansas City, while Indianapolis has DJ Giddens questionable. Any late availability change can move a spread or player prop before the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.

NFL Prediction Market vs. Sportsbook: Kalshi and Polymarket Offers
Prediction market apps quote Colts-Chiefs through contracts rather than American sportsbook odds. Contracts generally trade between 1¢ and 99¢ and settle at $1 if the selected outcome occurs or $0 if it does not.
For reference, Polymarket currently prices Kansas City around 74¢ to win outright and Indianapolis around 27¢, while its Chiefs -6.5 and Colts +6.5 contracts are both trading close to 51¢. Those prices can move before kickoff.
Prediction markets also let traders sell an open position before final settlement rather than holding every contract through the final whistle.
1. Polymarket Promo Code HANDLE
Fund a new account with a qualifying $10 deposit using Polymarket promo code HANDLE and receive a $50 trading bonus.
The offer does not require an opening trade to unlock the promotional credit. That gives users time to compare Colts-Chiefs winner, spread, total and player markets before choosing a position.
