Javonte Williams (-160)

The price is not cheap, but Williams has the clearest touchdown path on the board.

Williams rushed for 1,201 yards last season and scored 11 times while establishing himself as the lead back in Dallas. The Giants struggled against the run for much of 2025, and the Cowboys should have chances to lean on Williams near the goal line if they play from ahead as expected.

The biggest concern is simply the number. At -160, there is not much room for error, but Williams’ workload and red-zone role make him the most straightforward touchdown pick in this matchup.

George Pickens (+135)

CeeDee Lamb will get plenty of attention from New York’s secondary, which leaves Pickens with an appealing price on the other side.

Pickens finished his first season in Dallas with 1,429 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. He also scored against the Giants in the first meeting last season, and his size gives Dak Prescott another legitimate red-zone option when defenses tilt coverage toward Lamb.

There is enough juice between Pickens at +135 and Lamb at +115 for me to take the better number. Pickens does not need more targets than Lamb; he just needs one good matchup near the end zone.

Jaxson Dart (+220)

If I am taking one longer price from the Cowboys vs. Giants anytime touchdown odds board, it is Dart at +220.

The Giants quarterback ran for 487 yards and nine touchdowns as a rookie despite starting only 12 games. That was not empty scrambling production, either. Dart consistently became part of New York’s offense near the goal line, and John Harbaugh has spent years building offenses around quarterbacks who can threaten defenses with their legs.

Dallas has rebuilt its defense, but Week 1 is exactly when broken plays and quarterback scrambles can create scoring chances. At better than 2-to-1, Dart has enough rushing upside to justify the price.
