2. BetMGM Bonus Code HANDLETOP

No Lions vs. Bills betting promos match the single-bet ceiling you get with BetMGM bonus code HANDLETOP, place a wager, and get the stake returned in bonus bets if it loses, up to $1,500.

Losses above $50 come back as five even tokens rather than one, so a $500 miss on Lions vs. Bills becomes five $100 bets to deploy across the Sunday card instead of a single do-or-die ticket.

3. bet365 Bonus Code

Activate the bet365 bonus code, deposit, then place $10 on any Lions vs. Bills market at -500 or longer. Once it settles, $365 in bonus bets arrives whether your ticket won, lost or pushed. On a per-dollar-risked basis, none of the NFL betting promos on this page comes close.

A guaranteed return is handy in a spot this hard to read. Place your qualifier on Gibbs rushing yards, a first-half total or a small parlay, since almost the whole board clears the threshold.

4. DraftKings Promo Code

There’s no DraftKings promo code to type in before one of the premiere Lions vs. Bills betting promos becomes yours. Place a $5 wager on any Lions vs. Bills market to net $200 in bonus bets, with no win condition.

Delivery of your bonus bets are staggered rather than immediate. Settlement releases $50, then a further $50 every seventh day until all four tokens have landed, giving you one for Thursday and one each for Weeks 3, 4 and 5.

5. FanDuel Promo Code

Turning up beats betting big with the FanDuel promo code. Place a $5 wager on each of your first seven days and a bet reset token worth up to $50 lands daily, win or lose, for a maximum of $350.

Starting Thursday, that week covers Lions vs. Bills, the Week 2 Sunday card, the Monday nighter, and the opening of Week 3, so $35 risked can become $350 in your balance. Each token erases one losing bet of up to $50, which pairs well with the short favorites and player props most tickets already include.

6. theScore Bet Promo Code SHNEWS

theScore Bet promo code SHNEWS insures your first wager for up to $1,000 on any Lions vs. Bills market, with losses refunded as bonus bets and larger amounts split into five equal tokens.

The app’s edge on a Thursday is the news feed sitting next to the bet slip. Reading and reacting in one place matters and is another reason theScore Bet is one of the must-have Lions vs. Bills betting promos.

7. betPARX Promo Code SHBONUS

Pennsylvania gets the simplest deal of all the NFL betting promos on the board. betPARX promo code SHBONUS insures your opening wager at 100% up to $50, refunded as a bonus bet if it misses.

What betPARX offers is zero conditions: no odds floor, no streak to keep alive, no win requirement, no installment schedule. Take Detroit +4.5 or the Over 53.5, and a bad Thursday still leaves you with something to use on Sunday.

8. Hard Rock Bet Promo Code

Michigan and New Jersey get the best return rate amongst Lions vs. Bills betting promos. Wager $5 on any Lions vs. Bills market using the Hard Rock Bet promo code and $100 in bonus bets follows, a 20-to-1 return on your qualifier.

It arrives as four $25 tokens rather than a lump sum. Use one on Thursday’s total and hold three for Week 3, and $5 has bought four separate positions. Hard Rock also prices props tightly, so those tokens stretch further on a Goff passing line or Cook rushing yards than on a favorite’s moneyline.

9. BetRivers Bonus Code

No BetRivers bonus code needs entered when registering, but geography decides the ceiling of your NFL betting promo. Place your first wager, get it back as a bonus bet, up to your state’s limit if it loses. Michigan and Pennsylvania bettors get up to $500, New Jersey caps at $250, and West Virginia has a max of $100.

That’s a natural fit for a position you like but would otherwise shrink. Detroit at +175 on the road in a hostile new building is exactly that kind of bet, and a second-chance format lets you play it at the size you actually believe in.

10. Borgata Bonus Code HANDLESPORT

Borgata bonus code HANDLESPORT is available to New Jersey bettors only. Put $20 on any Lions vs. Bills market and have $100 in bonus bets appear instantly, with no wait for the result.

Because the credit posts on placement rather than settlement, back a first-half line, watch it settle, and still have the full $100 available for the second half.

Use Kalshi and Polymarket As Alternative Options to Lions vs. Bills Betting Promos

On Kalshi and Polymarket, Lions vs. Bills trades as contracts rather than traditional NFL odds. You get matched against other traders instead of the house, and each contract resolves at $1.00, if it hits and $0 if it doesn’t.

Prediction market apps answer to the CFTC rather than state regulators, which is why they operate in Texas, California, Florida, Georgia and plenty of other places where none of the Lions vs. Bills betting promos above apply.

1. Polymarket Promo Code HANDLE

Deposit $10 with Polymarket promo code HANDLE and $20 in trading credit posts right away, no qualifying trade needed. No lower barrier exists on this page.

The credit can’t be withdrawn and carries playthrough on net profits, so factor that in when sizing. Polymarket sits under the same CFTC framework as Kalshi and prices game and player markets sharply, which makes it a useful sanity check on Detroit’s number before you take a price elsewhere.

2. Kalshi Promo Code HANDLE

Register with Kalshi promo code HANDLE, complete $25 in qualifying trades, and $25 in trading credit lands. Activity earns the bonus, not deposit size, and qualifying positions count no matter the result.

Prices run from one cent to 99, which means the number reads directly as an implied probability with no odds conversion. Kalshi also lists AFC East, NFC North, conference and Super Bowl contracts that stay open for months, so a read you form on Thursday has somewhere to live after the game ends.
