NFL Preseason Week 2 Odds and Picks
Here is where Friday’s two NFL Network games stand across the main markets. Preseason lines move fast as starter plans firm up, so confirm the live number before you place a bet.
| Game (ET) | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jets at Steelers, 7 p.m. | Pittsburgh -3.5 | NYJ +134 / PIT -158 | 39.5 |
| Packers at Broncos, 9 p.m. | Denver -5.5 | GB +195 / DEN -240 (est.) | 41 (est.) |
Jets at Steelers pick: Steelers -3.5. Pittsburgh opened as the home favorite and the market has stayed comfortable there all week. In preseason, the side that keeps its front-liners on the field a series longer usually banks the early points, and the Steelers profile as that team at home. If you would rather sidestep the number, the under is in play early while both offenses feel their way in.
Packers at Broncos pick: Broncos -5.5. Sharp money pushed this line two-plus points toward Denver, and both the spread and total climbed all week. The Broncos give Bo Nix real reps at altitude against a Packers group traveling in, and the home team with the settled plan is the trend to follow here. With the total up near 41, the over is the secondary angle if you expect starters to move the ball early.
