PrizePicks is one of my favorite daily fantasy sports (DFS) sites and continues to grow in popularity across the country. One of the most popular daily games on the platform is the daily pick’em games where you set a lineup of players for a potential cash payout.

We’ll walk you through our picks for the Monday NBA playoff slate and how to play DFS games on PrizePicks.

Setting a lineup on PrizePicks

Let’s say you want to play the daily pick’em game and select the NBA as your sport of choice for your lineup. Generally, NBA has the most categories of statistics available because it is driven by individual performance and so many statistics are tracked.

You can select categories such as popular, points, points + rebounds + assists, 3-pointers made and so much more. You then pick certain players to perform better or worse than their listed statistic.

When setting a lineup, you’ll need to select at least two players and can put up to six players in a lineup. More players means it is harder to win your lineup but will pay more cash if it wins.

Additionally, you can decide between two different ways to play your lineup that affects your payout:

Power Play: You need to hit all the picks in your lineup to earn the cash payout

Flex Play: You can miss one of your picks and still earn a reduced payout. Meanwhile, if you nail all your picks, it doesn’t pay as much as the Power Play but you can rest assured knowing you can miss one of the picks and still win.

LeBron James more than 26.5 points

While I think the Lakers lose Game 5, and therefore the series, it’s hard to bet against LeBron showing out. Even if they lose the series, James and the Lakers finally broke the streak of losses against the Nuggets.

Aaron Gordon more than 0.5 3-pointers made

Jamal Murray is banged up which may provide opportunity for role players around the Nuggets. Aaron Gordon has struggled from the perimeter this series but could contribute at least one 3-pointer in this matchup.

Nikola Jokic more than 27.5 points

This one is a no-brainer as Jokic has averaged 29 points per game this series. I think he will have a stellar performance at home and close out the Lakers.

D’Angelo Russell less than 15.5 points

Russell had a bounce back game in Game 4 to stave off elimination after a zero point performance in Game 3. Russell is incredibly streaky and should be faded after a great performance last game.
